Along the extent of the future southeastern street in the ground floor level of the adjacent buildings, there is a differentiated zone for public services containing several shops, a bistro, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a kindergarten, a hair-dressing salon, etc. The yard area has been developed as a contemporarily and modernly designed park providing the residents with excellent possibilities for recreation in a green and beautifully laid-out environment. There are differentiated different nooks, playgrounds, sports facilities. The spatial composition is subordinated to the building-up and denivelation of the terrain, and provides the option for a functional association of all buildings and sites in the complex. For preserving big areas with large-sized vegetation, the underground parking lot has been deployed primarily in the zones beneath the buildings. Thus, an option is provided for positioning tree vegetation both along the periphery of the complex – for detaching the buildings from the street noise, and in the interior of the estate – for ensuring comfort and coziness in the yard space.
