At the first stage, within the complex, there will be three residential blocks in operation (block 1, block 2 and block 6) comprising 268 apartments with total deployed built-up area of 41 960 sq. meters.
The second stage includes the construction and putting into operation of block 5, as well, with another 82 apartments as well as of the Fitness and SPA center with a swimming pool.
Other indicators upon completion of the first stage:
• Area of regulated landed estate – 21380 sq. meters;
• Built-up area – 4367 sq. meters;
• Deployed built-up area – overground – 26 572 sq. meters;
• Building-up density – 20%;
• Building-up intensity index – 1.27;
• Percentage of landscaping – 50%.
The structures of the buildings are reinforced concrete – framework beamless, executed in a monolithic manner, including the roofs. Along the entire contour of the ground floor, there are executed reinforced concrete walls for taking up the earth pressure. The masonries are from ceramic bricks with thickness of 25 and 12 centimeters, for the exterior and interior walls, respectively.
Special attention has been afforded to the thermal insulation of the buildings, which insulation has been implemented according to the WEBER system, through plasters, mineral wool, EPS, as well as a ventilated suspended façade.
The constructed heating installation has water as its heat transfer medium and its parameters are 80/60оС. In each apartment, there are mounted small gas boilers. The heaters are aluminum radiators.
In all entrances, there are elevators which serve the residential floors and the underground parking lot.
In the underground parking lot, there is a ventilation system installed, air ducts have also been envisaged for discharging the heavy gases.
In each block, there is a bell panel with an intercom speaker and a video camera, and in each apartment – a video intercom.
All apartments are sold with a storage and a parking place thereto.
